Terms of Use

Effective and last updated: 18 July 2026

By downloading, registering for or using FinFlow, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If these Terms conflict with Apple’s EULA, Apple’s EULA controls where required.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly notify us of unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. The Service

FinFlow provides tools for recording and importing financial information, budgets, goals, analytics, reminders, forecasts and optional AI-assisted features. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app for lawful personal purposes under these Terms and Apple’s EULA.

3. Financial and AI disclaimer

FinFlow is an informational budgeting tool. It is not a bank, payment provider, investment adviser, broker, tax adviser, accountant, lender or credit bureau. Balances, forecasts, financial indices and AI suggestions may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for verifying data and making financial decisions.

4. Bank connections and imported data

If you connect a supported financial institution, you authorize FinFlow to retrieve and process the data needed for the selected features. Availability depends on third-party providers and may be interrupted. You must have authority to connect the account. FinFlow cannot initiate bank transfers unless a separate feature and explicit authorization state otherwise.

5. Premium subscriptions

6. Acceptable use

You may not violate law or third-party rights; access another person’s data without authorization; probe, disrupt or bypass Service security; reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it; automate abusive traffic; upload malware or unlawful content; misrepresent AI output as guaranteed professional advice; or use the Service to facilitate fraud.

7. Your content and privacy

You retain ownership of data and content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up and display it solely to operate the Service. Our processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The FinFlow name, software, design and Service content—excluding your content and third-party materials—are owned by or licensed to FinFlow and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every third-party integration will remain available. We may improve, suspend or discontinue features, apply reasonable usage limits, or release updates needed for security and compatibility.

10. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using FinFlow and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks or unlawful use, subject to applicable law. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage it separately through Apple.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties not expressly required by law. FinFlow is not liable for decisions made from forecasts or AI output, third-party service failures, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms for legal, security or Service changes. The current version is published at this URL with its effective date. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections of your country continue to apply.
